Car Leasing Customer Service Representative

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Spanish-speaking customer support representative in our Car Leasing & Financing Department.
As a key member of our team, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to car leasing and financing options, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding car leasing and financing options, guaranteeing precise information is delivered.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in the automotive or finance sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
