Nordic Customer Support Representative for Car Leasing

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries related to car leasing and financing options are addressed with precision and care.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries about car leasing options and financing deals, providing them with clear and concise information to facilitate informed decisions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings, expanding your expertise and staying ahead of the curve.
- Flluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- A strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service is required to deliver exceptional results.
- Previous experience in customer support or finance is a plus but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
