Nordic Speaking Car Leasing and Financing Support Professional

Our team is dedicated to matching skilled professionals with exciting career opportunities. We are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Car Leasing & Financing Department.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist clients in navigating their leasing and financing options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing options via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about leasing terms, financing rates, and related services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, financing regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or financial sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
