Lease Car Customer Service Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Lease Car Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our car leasing and financing department, you will provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding lease agreements, financing terms, and vehicle selections.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to lease agreements, financing terms, and vehicle selections.
- Effectively managing and resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and ensuring follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or financing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software.
