Grocery Delivery Customer Experience Specialist

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues related to grocery delivery services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and tracking of their deliveries.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations effectively.
