Grocery Customer Support Specialist

This role involves providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to grocery orders, delivery schedules, and account management, resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, and documenting all customer interactions accurately and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple channels.
- Assist customers with questions regarding grocery orders, delivery times, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Stay informed about promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere during customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or food delivery sector.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in grocery services and desire to help customers.
