Grocery Delivery Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service to Nordic-speaking customers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
This opportunity involves addressing customer inquiries, managing order issues, and collaborating with logistics teams to resolve delivery challenges. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in one or more Nordic languages and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer support in Nordic languages, addressing inquiries related to grocery orders, deliveries, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and positive experiences.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records to track issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to swiftly address delivery challenges or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to enhance their experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay informed about new products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or grocery delivery sectors, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for helping others and a willingness to learn about the grocery delivery industry.
