Mar-Bella Collection is seeking a skilled Assistant Waiter to join the Elix hotel team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Maintains high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.
  • Prepares and maintains the restaurant area, including setting and clearing tables as per brand standards.
  • Develops a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the hotel, enabling confident recommendations to guests.
  • Serves food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately, adhering to brand standards.
  • Completes all side duties and cleaning schedules as outlined in daily checklists.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in an equivalent hotel, restaurant, or cafe
  • Good command of English; additional languages are considered an asset
