  • Offer information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist with making reservations and booking hotel facilities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, handling cash transactions and adhering to proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle difficult situations with patience, and provide exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and common office software.
