Facilities Ambassador

As a Facilities Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

• Assist guests by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism preferred but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language is required.
• Proficiency in a second language such as French, German, Russian or Italian would be advantageous.
