We are seeking to hire an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our front office team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to develop their skills and become part of a dynamic team of professionals who aim high.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including correspondence distribution, redirection phone calls, and represent the resort to guests throughout all stages of their stay
  • Deliver exceptional levels of guest service and support the smooth running of the front office department
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
  • Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Three or more years' working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
