We are seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to join our team.

Job Description

The Hospitality Ambassador offers guest support across the resort. He/she welcomes guests, coordinates front-desk activities, including correspondence distribution, redirection phone calls, and represents the resort to guests throughout all stages of their stay.

  • Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, to meet hotel targets
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company's culture and values

Scope of the Role:

  • Mainly responsible for supporting the front office management in achieving excellent customer service standards
  • Responsible for coordinating internal communication and information dissemination among departments
  • Maintains efficient records of guest data, check-in, check-out and stays
  • Liaises with other teams to ensure seamless guest experience
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Three or more years' working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
