Job Title: Bar Service Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bar Service professional. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our bar service, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Provide timely and efficient service while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to create and update cocktail menus, keeping up with industry trends
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the bar, including daily specials
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
