Mar-Bella Collection is seeking an exceptional Bartender to join their team in Corfu, Greece.

• As a key member of the Avali team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails according to brand standards
• Manage bar stock and inventory efficiently
• Anticipate and meet guests' needs to ensure ultimate satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the area of responsibility
• Ensure seamless shift transitions and resolve guest complaints effectively
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately complete end-of-shift reports and closing procedures with the reception team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar 5-star hotel or bar setting
• Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset
• In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Diploma from a recognized bar school is desirable
