• Train and mentor bartenders on product knowledge, cocktail preparation, and customer service.
• Evaluate and improve the bar program by incorporating new trends and techniques.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and implement efficient ordering processes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop cocktail pairings and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and creating personalized experiences.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, along with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• Strong mixology skills and the ability to create unique and well-balanced cocktails.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume bar operations and maintain a high standard of service.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service.
