Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging way, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures to ensure consistency in beverage quality.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.
• Assist in bar inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Participate in daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to support overall service and operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages considered an asset.
