• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies.

• Provide timely and efficient service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to create and update cocktail menus, keeping up with industry trends.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the bar, including daily specials.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
