Head Waiter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Head Waiter. As a member of our hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide them with menus or beverage lists in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and take their orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established procedures and standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or concerns raised by guests.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in the dining area, including condiments, placemats, and utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining tables.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
