The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless delivery of services to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training.
  2. Ensure that all staff adhere to our service standards and procedures.
  3. Monitor guest experiences and address any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  4. Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels as needed.
  5. Facilitate effective communication among staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
