  • Job Description:

  • As a Room Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and team performance.

    The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, with experience in hotel operations and staff management. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

    Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.

    Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

    Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and cost control.

    Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of property management systems and hotel management software is an asset.
