Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing hotel reservations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the reservation process to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts related to reservations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Monitor and manage hotel room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Reservation Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
