Food and Beverage Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant F&B Manager at our luxury hotels. As part of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting with the training and development of the team, preparing budgets and forecasts, managing personnel schedules, and ensuring all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of menus, including updating, reviewing, and ensuring timely availability
  • Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
  • Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
