Job Summary
We are seeking a talented HR & Payroll Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive human resource services in various tasks, such as hiring processes, onboarding, training, health & safety, housing, and payroll.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare payroll data for entry into the payroll system
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits
- Manage HR Information Systems, such as Pylon and ESS, Clock-in/Clock-out (Orometrisi), ERGANI and EFKA
- Help in any payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Interpret and apply payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist in processing overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related documentation
- Ensure the collection of any necessary hiring documents, including employment contracts.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary resources and training.
- Manage employee housing and ensure the efficient operation of accommodation facilities.
- Perform periodic audits for safety, Security and state of repair of the staff accommodation facilities.
- Manage employee restaurant's efficient operation and standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Oversee the scheduling of doctor visits and ensure the completion of the medical examinations.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff development and compliance.
- Track training completions and file signed attendance sheets.
- Assist, as necessary, in the performance review process.
- Coordinate, review and execute all employee reward activities.
- Contribute to any special HR initiatives and events.
- Generate HR-related reports and metrics as requested, e.g. about training.
