We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team in Corfu.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall talent management and cultural initiatives at our properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative and innovative approach to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates according to our property's recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations programs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Promote employee feedback mechanisms and address concerns in a timely manner.
Staff Payroll Processing
  • Support the processing of weekly payroll, including new starters, leavers, timesheets, and leave management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries.
Performance Management
  • Support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in hospitality.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
