Job Title: HR & Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a HR & Payroll Coordinator.

\

The HR & Payroll Coordinator supports the smooth operation of the hotel by providing comprehensive human resource services in various tasks.

  • Collect and prepare payroll data for entry into the payroll system\
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits\
  • Manage HR Information Systems, such as Pylon and ESS, Clock-in/Clock-out (Orometrisi), ERGANI and EFKA \
  • Help in any payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner\
  • Interpret and apply payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards\
  • Assist in processing overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation\
  • Prepare and distribute payroll-related documentation\
  • Ensure the collection of any necessary hiring documents, including employment contracts.\
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary resources and training.\
  • Manage employee housing and ensure the efficient operation of accommodation facilities.\
  • Perform periodic audits for safety, Security and state of repair of the staff accommodation facilities.\
  • Manage employee restaurant's efficient operation and standards.\
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.\
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.\
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.\
  • Oversee the scheduling of doctor visits and ensure the completion of the medical examinations.\
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff development and compliance.\
  • Track training completions and file signed attendance sheets.\
  • Assist, as necessary, in the performance review process.\
  • Coordinate, review and execute all employee reward activities.\
  • Contribute to any special HR initiatives and events.\
  • Generate HR-related reports and metrics as requested, e.g. about training.\
