Senior Construction Engineer

As a seasoned construction professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of our projects from inception to completion. This involves managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as mentoring junior staff and providing ongoing technical guidance and support.

You will also oversee the execution of on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Additionally, you will develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency.

A key part of your role will be conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments, proactively identifying and resolving issues. You will also review and approve engineering designs and technical documentation, as well as collaborate closely with architects, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and project execution.

To succeed in this position, you will need a strong understanding of project organization, particularly regarding health and safety planning and implementation. You must have excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Additional responsibilities include establishing and maintaining safety protocols and best practices across all job sites, ensuring the availability and efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment throughout the project lifecycle, and preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field">
