Construction Manager

Ella Resorts seeks a talented and visionary Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all construction and renovation activities related to hospitality projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality standards in alignment with brand aesthetics, guest experience goals, and operational functionality.

The Construction Manager ensures that projects are completed efficiently, safely, within budget, and in full compliance with legal and environmental regulations.

This role involves leading and managing the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, developing and overseeing project budgets, creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules to ensure timely completion, ensuring compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and standards, collaborating with architects, designers, and stakeholders to align construction plans with project vision, monitoring progress, conducting regular site inspections, and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

• Lead and manage the construction team.
• Develop and oversee project budgets.

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven expertise in project budgeting and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple stakeholders.
