Construction Project Manager Role

Ella Resorts is a unique collection of luxury eco-chic resorts in the Mediterranean region, featuring 5 seaside lifestyle properties in Rhodes, Corfu and Crete. Each property highlights its host location's unique characteristics within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes.

We are seeking a talented and visionary Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all construction and renovation activities related to our hospitality projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality standards in alignment with the brand's aesthetics, guest experience goals, and operational functionality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to align construction plans with project vision.
  • Monitor progress and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably with hotel or large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in project budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple stakeholders.
