We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate who will play a vital role in supporting our IT team and driving business growth. This multifaceted position involves managing information technology and computer systems, planning and organizing IT operations, responding to service requests, and delivering high-quality support to customers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to speak concisely and deliver information in a sensible and coherent manner. Additionally, you should have a degree in Information Technology, 0-2 years of experience in a similar position, and proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Teams, Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server, Mobile OS, and WiFi.

Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing information technology and computer systems
  • Planning and organizing IT operations
  • Responding to service requests
  • Delivering high-quality support to customers
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes

This role requires flexibility, including working a flexible schedule as needed to complete all tasks before deadline. You must also be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a high degree of friendly customer services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing software, knowledge of hospitality software and business, and certification or previous experience in Networking. Knowledge of specific technologies such as PMS Systems, F&B POS Systems, BMS, Virtualization Technologies, PBX Systems, TV Distribution Systems, CCTV Systems, and Networking is a plus.
