Customer Support Specialist (Italian Speaking) Remote from Greece

Are you fluent in Italian and looking for an international career in customer service? Join our global team as a Customer Support Specialist, working on exciting digital projects for top international brandsfully remotely from anywhere in Greece.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, or chat

  • Help users with digital services, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through solutions

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy

  • Learn everything you need through our comprehensive training program

What You Need

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level) written and spoken

  • English (B2C1) to communicate within the team and during training

  • High school diploma (or higher)

  • Willingness to work in a remote, multicultural environment
