Housekeeping Team Leader Position

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join the Marbella hotel team in Corfu.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards.
  • The successful candidate will assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, prioritize work effectively, and conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas.
  • They will train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, while also coordinating with other departments to handle special requests or report necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks for housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms and common areas regularly.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff members.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills for managing staff schedules and housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in hospitality or housekeeping management preferred.
