**MarBella Collection is seeking a skilled Waiter A' - Headwaiter to join their team in Corfu.**

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as per the brand standards, and going above and beyond to meet customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of the brand concept, history, and vision, and be able to communicate this effectively.

  • Confidently serves customers, looks for ways to exceed customer expectations.
  • Has completed basic food hygiene training and works safely and hygienically at all times.
  • Communicates any out-of-stock items and informs managers when stocks are running low.
  • Engages actively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ensures problems are reported to managers or team leaders immediately.
  • Makes simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers experience positively.
  • Works as part of a team, contributing ideas where necessary.
  • Has full knowledge of all products and can describe them confidently to customers.
  • Can take orders confidently, asking relevant questions.
  • Ensures side duties and cleaning schedules are completed daily.

Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or restaurant
  • Previous experience in working with POS systems
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages considered an asset)
  • Good knowledge of food, wines & spirits
  • Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School considered an asset
