Grecotel Hotels & Resorts is currently looking for an exceptional Culinary Professional to lead its kitchen team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that all culinary operations are executed to the highest standards. As a key member of the kitchen team, they will maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment while working closely with the Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and company standards
  • Ensuring all food items are properly stored, labeled, and organized
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to create new menu items and concepts
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Following all sanitation procedures and safety standards
  • Assisting with the training and development of junior kitchen staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Cook A' who possesses extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients. They should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
