Professional Culinary Expert - B'/C'

We are seeking a skilled and experienced culinary expert to join our team. As a B'/C', you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B'/C' in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary degree or certification is an asset.
