Technical Support Specialist

The position involves resolving technical issues at customer premises with the goal of immediate service restoration and delivery of high-quality support.

  • Identify and report technical issues related to service faults
  • Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance
  • Enhance overall customer experience by promoting Vodafone products and services
Key Requirements

Experience: Technical support department

Skills: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, initiative, responsibility, adaptability, prioritization

Qualifications: Degree or Certification from a Technological Institute or relevant technical school; excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written); good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience as a Field Technician; strong understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP)
