Digital Camera Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Expert for Canon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital cameras, printers & photocopiers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain in-depth experience in the world of photography and imaging. As a Customer Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
The successful candidate will be equipped with comprehensive training on Canon's products and will receive guidance on providing top-notch customer support. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy at all times
- Work towards reaching targets set by client statement of work and internal targets
- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling frequently asked questions effectively
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal skills in German
- Good communication skills in English
