Customer Service Representative: Transportation Department

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Transportation Customer Expert who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints related to our trucks and buses.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent command of French, good communication skills in English, and a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Support customers with truck breakdowns by creating cases in the CRM system and escalating issues to dealers or technicians if necessary.
- De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters or refer to 2nd/3rd parties.
- Answer questions about customer service, technical and product concerns, and general corporate matters.
- Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of French.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
- Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research.
- Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.
