Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations? We're seeking a skilled Online Exams Assistant to join our team
As an Online Exams Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.
">Additionally, you will oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. You will enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process and handle any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.
">In this role, you will also execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders">
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience">
- Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams">

- Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing">
Requirements:
- ">
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (an asset)">
- Previous experience in similar positions/function (considered as an asset)">
- Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (advantageous)">
- Excellent command of English and Italian language (native-like or C2 level certification desired)">
- Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus)">
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills">
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment">
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts on a monthly basis, weekends, and holidays)">
