Dedicated Fashion Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and passionate customer service professional who is fluent in Spanish and has a flair for fashion. As a representative of our company, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and service issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Support: Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, including product information, availability, and recommendations.
- Order Management: Help customers with order-related issues such as returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Documentation and Tracking: Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective resolution and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- CRT Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
