Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Guide customers in navigating the online store, helping them find products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and company offerings to provide accurate and timely information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion and styling.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
