Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to assist customers with their travel itineraries.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing incoming calls and emails, managing flight cancellations and rebookings, and developing new methods and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a native or fluent level of French, good knowledge of English, and experience in the customer service sector. They will also be able to learn and adapt to new software technologies, possess excellent communication skills, and have a quality focus and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Process incoming calls and emails
  • Manage flight cancellations and rebookings
  • Develop new methods and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Native/Fluent level of French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
