What you will do:

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with international teams and follow company processes.
  • Represent top global brands with professionalism.

What we are looking for:

  • Native/Fluent Italian speaker (C2 level).
  • Good English skills (B1/B2) for internal communication.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and motivation to learn.
  • Availability to work on-site in Athens OR remotely (only from Greece).
