Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear guidance, technical support, and product knowledge to help customers solve issues.
  • Assist with warranty claims, repairs, and service requests.
  • Deliver personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Native/Fluent level of Dutch and good command of English (B2+).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
