Η BIZTEC αναπτύσσεται και αναζητά Customer Support Specialist – ERP Solutions για το Τμήμα Υποστήριξης Πελατών.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Μετάφραση των επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων σε απαιτήσεις λειτουργικότητας και διαμόρφωσης ERP
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάλυση των αναγκών των πελατών και στον εντοπισμό ευκαιριών βελτίωσης
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Έρευνας και Ανάπτυξης για την ανάπτυξη προσαρμοσμένων εξαρτημάτων λύσεων όταν απαιτείται
  • Παροχή συνεχούς υποστήριξης στην αυξανόμενη πελατειακή μας βάση των υλοποιήσεων λογισμικού ERP
  • Διαχείριση δοκιμών και τεκμηρίωσης της διαμόρφωσης λογισμικού ERP
  • Πραγματοποίηση ανάλυσης αναγκών πελατών και συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό και την αρχιτεκτονική λύσεων επιχειρηματικής διαδικασίας
  • Σύνθεση προδιαγραφών ανάπτυξης και αλληλεπίδραση με τους πελάτες για δοκιμή τροποποιήσεων και επίλυση τυχόν προβλημάτων
  • Ευθύνη για την πληρότητα και την ποιότητα του λειτουργικού σχεδιασμού
  • Παροχή εκπαίδευσης χρηστών στους πελάτες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • 3+ έτη εμπειρίας στην παροχή λύσεων λογισμικού ERP
  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής, Οικονομικών, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή ισότιμο
  • Ισχυρές δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και επικοινωνίας (γραπτές και προφορικές)
  • Ικανότητα μετάδοσης τεχνικών πληροφοριών σε μη τεχνικούς πελάτες
  • Αυτοκατεύθυνση, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και μεγάλη εστίαση στον πελάτη
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Προτιμώμενη γνώση SQL & Javascript
