">Job Description:As a Dyson Support Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their Dyson devices. Your role will involve providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to resolve customer concerns.
">Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
- Provide information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
- Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
