Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen deutschsprachiger Kund:innen

Beratung zu Dyson-Produkten, Bestellungen, Lieferungen & Services

Unterstützung bei einfachen technischen Anliegen

Kombination aus Kundenservice & Beratung – kein aktiver Verkauf

Dokumentation deiner Anfragen im System

Das bringst du mit

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

Englischkenntnisse (B2–C1)

Freude an Kommunikation & Serviceorientierung

Technische Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools

Wohnsitz in Griechenland & ein ruhiger Arbeitsplatz zu Hause
