Job Title: Portuguese Customer Support Specialist for Dyson
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate customer support specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers.
- Provide information and assistance on Dyson products.

- Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
