Customer Support Specialist Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their Dyson devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
  • Provide information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
