Dyson Technical Support Representative

Job Overview:
- Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their Dyson devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
- Provide information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
- Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
