Dedicated Customer Support Specialist for Home Technology Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to assist customers with their Dyson devices, providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.
- Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
- Providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
- Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
