Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, chat and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries about product specifications
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by responding promptly to their questions and concerns
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Italian
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Strong technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • Hardware and software knowledge at a medium to advanced level
  • Prior experience in technical support is considered an advantage
